This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

14.1 Transient Cookies

14.5 Legal Basis and Duration of Storage

The legal bases for possible processing of personal data and their storage period vary and are presented in the following sections.

15 Website Analysis

For the purposes of analyzing and optimizing our websites, we use various services that are presented below. For example, we can analyze how many users visit our site, which information is most in demand or how users find the offer. Among other things, we collect data about the website from which a person concerned came to a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed. This helps us to design and improve our offers in a user-friendly manner. The data collected is not used to personally identify individual users. Anonymous or at most pseudonymous data is collected. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR.

15.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) Use includes the Universal Analytics operating mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyze a user's activities across devices.

Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Section 15 (3) TMG and Article 6 (1) f GDPR. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month. You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=de

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking https://tools.google.com /dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de and install it. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt out on all systems used.

16 advertising

We use cookies for marketing purposes to target our users with interest-based advertising. In addition, we use cookies to limit the probability of displaying an advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising measures. This information may also be shared with third parties, such as e.g. ad networks. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 a and f GDPR. There is a legitimate interest in direct marketing for the purposes pursued with data processing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for the purpose of such advertising. For this purpose, we provide you with opt-out options for the respective services below. Alternatively, you can prevent the setting of cookies in your browser settings.

16.1 Remarketing/Retargeting

We work with some advertising partners, including Google & Facebook, to use technology called re-targeting.

With this technology, cookies from these partner companies (so-called third-party cookies) are also stored on your hard drive when you visit our site. These cookies are permanent or temporary cookies that are automatically deleted after a specified period of time. The service providers analyze surfing behavior and can then display targeted recommendations as personalized advertising banners on other websites. Under no circumstances can this data be used to personally identify the visitor to this website. The collected data is only used to improve the offer. Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not take place. The data determined by the offer does not contain any personal data.

You can deactivate the use of cookies by Google by setting your browser software accordingly by going to www.google.de/privacy/ads and pressing the "opt-out" button.

For more ways to disable third-party cookies, visit www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp or the Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Platform.

We would like to point out that this only blocks the advertisements displayed by the individual service provider. You can opt out of personalized advertising altogether by disabling cookies in your browser.

Furthermore, the website uses the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” from Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). As a result, users of the website can be shown interest-based advertisements ("Facebook Ads") when they visit the social network Facebook or other websites that also use the process. In doing so, we are interested in showing you advertising that is of interest to you in order to make our website more interesting for you.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and are therefore informing you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have visited the corresponding website of ours accessed our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address and other identifiers.

The “Facebook Custom Audiences” function can be deactivated [here and] for logged-in users at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_.

Further information on data processing by Facebook can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Our website also uses the ADITION service. ADITION works in all data collection processes in strict accordance with German data protection law. All stored data is stored on servers in Germany. ADITION also meets all P3P requirements (Privacy Preferences Project).

ADITION uses cookies to control and optimize the display of advertising material placed by Angel'as energy for the user. This applies, for example, to the maximum display frequency of advertising material that a user sees. In addition, ADITION uses stored cookie information for statistical surveys in individual cases.

Clicking on the link below stops the collection of anonymized data. In this case, ADITION replaces the current cookie with a new opt-out cookie. This opt-out cookie deletes the information stored so far, including the IP address, and prevents further collection of anonymous information.

You have the option of preventing the system from recording usage data at any time by using the cookie opt-out option.

Please click here to query your opt-out status.

Please click here to set the opt-out cookie.

Please click here to undo the opt-out.

IMPORTANT: If this opt-out cookie is deleted, ADITION can no longer determine that an opt-out has taken place. In this case, the opt-out process must be repeated.

We use the services of AdClear GmbH ("AdClear") to collect statistical data for campaign tracking and thus optimize the offer for our customers accordingly. "Cookies" (text files that are stored on your computer) are used for this purpose. The processed data categories include the contract data (order value, shopping cart and order number) as well as the IT usage data (IP address in anonymous form).

As a website visitor, you have the right to object to the storage of the data collected. You can exclude yourself from the recording of the AdClear campaign tracking. For this purpose, a cookie called "adclearoptout" is set by our domain. This objection applies as long as you do not delete the cookie. The cookie is set for the domain, per browser and per user of a computer. If you access our website from several end devices and browsers, you must therefore separately object to data collection on each end device and in each browser.

Here you can object to the AdClear campaign tracking:

http://journey.Angel'as energy.de/acv/A3127010/?setOptoutCookie

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR.

16.2 DoubleClick

This website continues to use the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later uses the same browser to go to the advertiser's website and buy something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and are therefore informing you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly; in particular, suppressing third-party cookies means that you will not receive any third-party ads; b) by deactivating the cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com" are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers who are part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this offer to their full extent.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR. Further information on DoubleClick by Google is available at https://www.google.de/doubleclick and http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, as well as on data protection at Google in general: https://www. google. de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
